If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and you are not identified across visits. Our Google tag still loads, but in a restricted mode in which it stores nothing on your device and creates no identifier for you. It sends an anonymous signal that a page was viewed or a purchase was completed, which allows Google to estimate overall totals without knowing who you are.

This means a request still reaches Google, carrying your IP address and the address of the page — as happens with any resource loaded from another domain. Yandex Metrica and Google Tag Manager do not support this restricted mode and are therefore not loaded at all unless you consent.
